Loudoun County, Va., recognized as DC’s Wine Country®, hosted the first-ever east coast version of the Wine Country Half Marathon, produced by Destination Races.
A picturesque day was the backdrop for this sold out race which started at Breaux Vineyards and finished at Doukenie Winery for the post-race Wine & Music Festival. The race was won by Tesfaye Dube (1:05:38) of New York and Ethopia and Brenda Schrank of Winchester, VA (1:25:27). Results
